1. Agreement to Terms

When you visit, use, or buy items from ziebenhaus.ca, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. You also agree to follow our Refund & Returns Policy.

These rules apply to every visitor and customer. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will post the changes directly on this page. If you use the website after we post updates, it means you accept the new rules.

2. Using Our Store and Choosing Sizes

• Legal Age: When you buy something from us, you confirm that you are the legal age of majority in your province or territory.

• Made-to-Order Items: You understand that we do not keep items in a warehouse. Our print-on-demand partners print your items from Editions and The Studio only after you buy them.

• Size Selection: You are responsible for picking the right size. Please look at the size charts on our product pages before you purchase. We cannot give refunds if you choose the wrong size.

3. Copyright and Ownership Rules

Our store has two separate product areas. They have different ownership rules:

A. Editions

Zieben Haus or our artist partners own all the graphics, designs, art, and text in the Editions collection. These items are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You do not have permission to copy, remake, or sell these designs.

B. The Studio

When you upload your own art or images into The Studio through the Zepto tool, you still own your art. However, you give Zieben Haus permission to use and print that image to make the clothes you order.

⚠️ Rules for Uploading Art:

You promise that you own the rights to any art, logo, photo, or words you upload into The Studio. You promise that your art does not steal or copy anyone else's work. Zieben Haus Inc. is not responsible if you upload art that breaks copyright laws. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we think your uploaded art violates a trademark or copyright.

4. Payments and Security

We process all payments securely through Shopify Payments and Stripe Payments Canada.

• You promise to provide accurate billing and credit card information for all orders.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if our security tools flag it as fraudulent.

• All prices on our site use Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices do not include sales tax. We calculate federal and provincial taxes (like GST or HST) at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Consumer Rights and Liability Limits

These terms follow the rules of the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

We provide our website and products "as is." Zieben Haus Inc. works hard to fulfill your orders quickly. However, under Canadian law, we are not liable for indirect damages caused by shipping delays, lost packages, or stock shortages with our print-on-demand partners.

6. Governing Law

The laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada govern these Terms of Service.

If a Canadian court decides that any part of these terms is invalid or illegal, that specific part will be removed. The rest of the terms will remain active and valid.
